The product we are having a problem with has tax and no shipping. It is the only product with tax in our shop and the tax is not a sales tax but a lodging tax. See the way I set it up in the admin.

The emails I received do NOT show tax, nor do they show a name after “hi” as do the ones for other products that also have a shipping address:
