Policies
Payment/Deposit/Cancellation:
We accept personal and traveler's checks or cash. (Please, no credit cards.) Reservations are confirmed by the receipt of a deposit equal to one night's stay or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater. Johnnycake Flats is a small, family owned B & B and as such cancellations affect us significantly. If you must cancel, please notify us at least 21 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. Thank you!
Smoking:
Johnnycake Flats is a non-smoking inn, however guests are welcome to smoke
outside. Ashtrays are provided upon request.
Pets:
Dogs and other small pets can be accommodated in our barn during the summer
months with advance notice. No pets are allowed inside the main building,
however. Please keep in mind that we already have resident dogs, a cat
and various other animals making the use of pet crates highly recommended.
We can also suggest some excellent kennels in the area.
