Policies
Payment/Deposit/Cancellation:
We accept personal and traveler’s checks or cash. (Please, no credit
cards.) Reservations are confirmed by the receipt of a deposit equal to
one night’s stay or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater.
Deposits are only refundable within 21 days of canceling.
Smoking:
Johnnycake Flats is a non-smoking inn, however guests are welcome to smoke
outside. Ashtrays are provided upon request.
Pets:
Dogs and other small pets can be accommodated in our barn during the summer
months with advance notice. No pets are allowed inside the main building,
however. Please keep in mind that we already have resident dogs, a cat
and various other animals making the use of pet crates highly recommended.
We can also suggest some excellent kennels in the area.
